Maintaining discipline and organizational integrity is the foundation of Navaan. All Navians are required to strictly adhere to these community guidelines to foster a safe, efficient, and professional collaborative environment.
Any deviation from these standards compromises our effectiveness. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against unethical behavior, harassment, and severe negligence of responsibility to maintain organizational integrity.
The organization strictly follows a three-strike disciplinary system. Accumulating three strikes—whether through repeated negligence, failure to fulfill duties, or breaking protocol—will result in an automatic HR review and immediate termination of your membership.
Weekly departmental syncs are mandated by Heads. Missing a session without formal prior notice to HR counts as a strike. General Assemblies are held monthly for audit and strategy reviews.
Submit formal grievances exclusively to HR. Engage in zero verbal disputes regarding internal politics. HR will independently escalate all severe violations to the Presidential Team.
Excellence is measured through punctuality. Every task comes with an immoveable deadline. Late submissions without prior emergency clearance will instantly affect your organizational standing.
Maintain absolute decorum toward your Heads and Deputy Heads. If unfair behavior is directly observed, submit a formal, confidential written complaint directly to the Presidential Office.
